1. General

This document sets out the terms and conditions for distance purchase of goods from IE Kolyaskin S.V. (hereinafter “Seller”). Product listings on this website constitute an invitation to make offers, not a binding public offer. A sale contract is formed only upon the Seller’s explicit order confirmation sent to the Buyer’s provided contact (email, Telegram, or phone). Until such confirmation is received, no contract exists.

By placing an order the Buyer confirms acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Products

The Seller offers vacuum tubes and related goods as listed on the website. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and apply to the specific tested unit or batch.

The Seller reserves the right to change the assortment, withdraw any item, or decline any order without explanation. If a paid item is unavailable, the Seller will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.

3. Prices

Prices shown on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a public offer. The binding sale price is confirmed at the time of order confirmation by the Seller. The Seller may adjust prices at any time before order confirmation; the Buyer will be notified of any change and may cancel with a full refund if payment has already been made.

4. Stock Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. Display of a product on the website does not guarantee stock. If a paid item proves to be out of stock, the Seller will notify the Buyer within 2 business days and process a full refund within 10 business days.

5. Ordering and Payment

Orders may be placed via the website cart or directly through Telegram/email. Payment is accepted in Russian Rubles (RUB) by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Mir) or via the Faster Payments System (SBP). An order is accepted for fulfillment only after payment is received and the Seller has sent confirmation.

6. Delivery

Goods are dispatched within 3 business days of payment and order confirmation. Risk of loss and damage passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier (Art. 459 Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The Seller is not responsible for carrier delays, losses, or damage occurring after handover.

7. Product Quality and Specifications

NOS (New Old Stock) tubes are genuine unused components from 20th-century production. Stated parameters refer to the specific tested unit or batch as measured at time of listing. Due to the nature of NOS components, measured parameter deviations of up to ±10% from stated values are within normal tolerance and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.

The Seller is not responsible for compatibility of purchased tubes with the Buyer’s specific equipment. Tube selection for a particular amplifier is the Buyer’s sole responsibility. Any installation or operation is at the Buyer’s own risk. Damage to the Buyer’s equipment is not grounds for a return or claim against the Seller.

8. Liability

The Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or any damage to the Buyer’s equipment or property.

9. Force Majeure

The Seller is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, military actions, sanctions or government restrictions, failures of transport or payment systems, or other force majeure events. In such cases, performance obligations are extended for the duration of the force majeure event.

10. Amendments

The Seller may amend these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. Amendments take effect upon publication. Orders accepted prior to publication of a new version are fulfilled under the previously applicable terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the Seller’s registered location (Chelyabinsk, Russia).

1. Data Collected

When placing an order: name, delivery address, phone number, email. Used solely for order processing and delivery.

2. Data Use

Personal data is not shared with third parties except carriers and payment processors required to fulfill your order, and as required by Russian law (Federal Law 152-FZ).

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers within Russia. Retention period: 3 years or as required by applicable law.

5. Cookies

The website uses cookies for cart functionality and basic analytics only. No third-party tracking is used.

Change of Mind Return

For distance purchases, the Buyer may return goods within 7 days of receipt (Art. 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Rights Law), subject to the following conditions:

• the item has not been used or installed in any equipment;
• original condition, packaging, and markings are fully preserved;
• all original documents are included.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. The original delivery cost is non-refundable (Art. 26.1 §4 ZoZPP). Refund of the goods price is processed within 10 days of the Seller receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Parameter deviations within ±10% of stated values do not constitute grounds for a change-of-mind return.

Defective or Misdescribed Goods

If a product materially does not match its description, contact the Seller via Telegram @niiradiolamp with photo or video evidence. The Buyer may choose replacement, proportional price reduction, or full refund (Art. 18 ZoZPP). Where a defect is confirmed by the Seller, return shipping is arranged and paid by the Seller.

Claims are not accepted where: the tube was installed in faulty equipment; mechanical damage occurred after receipt; the tube was operated outside its rated parameters.

1. Encrypted Connection

All pages, including cart and checkout, are protected by TLS/HTTPS encryption.

2. Payment Processing

Card details are entered on the secure payment gateway page and are never transmitted to or stored on the store’s servers. The store has no access to your card credentials.

3. PCI DSS

The payment gateway is certified to the PCI DSS standard.

4. 3-D Secure

Transactions are protected by 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, Mir Accept) where supported.

5. Fraud Prevention

All transactions are automatically screened. Suspicious activity results in automatic blocking.

6. Security Notice

The store will never ask for your CVV, PIN, or full card number outside the payment page. If you suspect fraud, contact your card-issuing bank immediately.
